Parts coverage: Parts that fail due to manufacturing defects will be shipped to you free of charge during the warranty period.

Battery details: Lithium batteries require constant charge. Never store the machine for long periods of time in a discharged state. Whenever possible, treat lithium batteries like your cell phone, keep charged at all times, even when not in use.

Travel charges: Customers are responsible for the costs associated with travel charges if a 3rd party service provider is required to complete the repair either in the field or at a repair facility, regardless of whether the service call(s) are related to warranty or non warranty.

Failure out of the box: In rare instances, equipment can arrive non functional which we understand how frustrating this can be. We will follow our standard service steps laid out above. We ask that you keep all original packaging, including but not limited to, cardboard, pallets, hardware etc in the event the equipment needs to be returned but our goal is to get your investment up and running as quickly as possible.
