This pad driver is designed with a molded polymer pad face with hundreds of individual hooks that grip into the threads of a floor pad and hold it securely while operating. The pad driver block includes a built-in riser and a shower-feed system allowing it to be used with solution dispensing machines.

There are no showerfeed holes on the 13" pad driver 

Risers allow for the use of a larger pad driver. Adding additional space between the housing of the unit and the brush without hitting the unit housing allows you to get closer to walls and edges

Fits:

Fits floor buffers that have a NP9200 clutch plate. A clutch plate on a floor buffer is the part of the pad holder or pad driver that securely locks the pad or brush to the machine's motor. It attaches to the block of the pad driver and ensures that when the buffer's motor spins, the attached pad or brush spins with it
