Directions:
1. Drain dish machine, and turn on detergent dispensing system.
2. Refill dish machine and add 2 to 3 ounces per gallon of water to the wash tank.
3. Run dish machine on manual with racks inside for 15 minutes.
4. Check that wash and rinse nozzles are free of debris and scale.
5. Using the solution in dish machine tank, wipe down exterior of dish machine, and then wipe dry.
6. Drain dish machine, turn on detergent dispensing system, and refill dish machine.
