For example, this specialty pad is ideal for use on restroom floors. Xtract also does an excellent job of eliminating black scuff marks without removing finish.

Should the Xtract pad be used wet or dry?
For optimal results, this specialty pad should be completely saturated. A fully saturated pad not only cleans better, but will greatly increase pad life.

What is the life expectancy of these pads?

When used on smooth surfaces, the life expectancy of the Xtract pad is up to 5,000 sq.ft. The longevity of this pad is reduced when utilized on uneven surfaces or when solely
focused on grout lines. Assuring pad is fully saturated with water will ensure full life of the pad.
