The product works like we need it to, great. But I'm not a fan of your delivery service Fed Ex. We just got the box 2 days ago, they kept trying to deliver it to the wrong address. I would suggest changing carriers to UPS, we never have issues with them delivering to our address which is located on a large, easy to find street.
