The Tennant Q12 Multi-Surface Cleaner is in a class of it's own when it comes to Tennant cleaning equipment. This machine is great for cleaning and restoring tile and grout along with other types of hard surfaces. The water comes out between 400-1200 psi for general cleaning and can be squeegeed to a floor drain or vacuumed up into the Q12. Entire bathrooms can be cleaned with this one machine.
